I have to disagree with what this director of marketing says about real estate that longer holding periods is equivalent to larger gains. I believe the more possible answer for those who is making large gains in subsales are those who purchased at the timing when property is just picking. Like what the seasoned property consultant said at the end of the article, it all comes to the entry price.
